Activities You and Your Family Can Enjoy At Home!

1. PUMPKIN CARVING!

Pumpkin carving has always been one of my favorite at home activities! We have a garden at home and we grow pumpkins every year. When it's time to carve pumpkins, my mom lets each of us pick out a pumpkin and then we can either free hand the pumpkin or use a stencil (I personally like to free hand my masterpiece). Click here for tips on carving the perfect pumpkin!

2. Collect the Colorful Fall Leaves Around your Home!

When I was younger, this is something my family always did! We would all hunt for the perfect leaves. Growing up there were many trees in my Grandmother's yard, so the hunt for the perfect leaves seemed never ending! Click here for a fun activity that you can do with your pretty leaf collection.

3. Leaf Piles!

Who doesn't love a good leaf pile? As I said, growing up my grandmother had many trees. Which for my siblings and I meant tons of leaf piles! We would rake my Grandmothers entire yard and then jump off her porch railing into the enormous pile of crunchy leaves.

4. Bonfires!

As the nights begin to cool and the fall breeze begins to take over for the perfect bonfire weather, grab a pack of hot dogs, marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate and have yourself a soothing fire!
